Cancellation Policy

Video consultations are provided to offer convenient access to professional guidance through online video calls. By booking a video consultation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Appointment Confirmation Video consultations must be booked in advance and are confirmed only after successful payment. Appointment details and video call information will be shared via email or WhatsApp before the scheduled time. 2. Consultation Fees All video consultation fees are payable in advance. Once the appointment is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable, except where rescheduling is permitted under this policy. 3. Mode of Consultation Consultations are conducted exclusively through video call on a secure platform. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to a compatible device and a stable internet connection. 4. Punctuality & No-Show Clients are expected to join the video call at the scheduled time. A grace period of up to 10 minutes will be allowed. Failure to join within this time may result in the consultation being marked as a no-show, with no refund. 5. Rescheduling Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and allowed only once. 6. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations or missed appointments are not eligible for refunds. Once a video consultation has started, the consultation fee becomes strictly non-refundable. 7. Scope & Disclaimer Video consultations are based on information provided by the client and are intended for guidance purposes only. They do not substitute in-person examination or emergency medical care when required. Outcomes may vary between individuals. 8. Privacy & Confidentiality All information shared during the video consultation is treated as confidential and handled with due care to protect client privacy. 9. Policy Updates We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of video consultation services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
