To preserve these standards, we follow a strict No Cancellation and No Refund Policy for all products and services purchased through our platform.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been successfully placed on our website, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
All purchases made through Dr. Tina’s Ayurecia are considered final. This applies even if cancellation is requested immediately after placing the order.
Note: We do not process partial cancellations, product exchanges, or replacements once the payment has been confirmed.
Return & Refund Policy
For International Customers
We do not offer refunds or returns for international orders.
Customers are advised to verify import regulations, duties, and local taxes in their country before placing an order.
If a parcel is delayed, held, or rejected by customs, or if the delivery attempt fails for any reason, no refund will be issued — including shipping, customs, or handling charges.
If customs seize your order or the product is returned without our authorization, no refund or replacement will be applicable at any cost.
For Indian Customers
We do not accept returns or refunds for any domestic orders once shipped or delivered.
Products once sold — including medicines, wellness kits, or supplements — are non-returnable and non-refundable due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons.
There will be no refund at any possible cost, regardless of product condition, order timing, or delivery status.
Refunds will not be issued in any case, including:
Cancellation requests after placing an order
- Failed delivery attempts
- Package rejection by the customer or courier return.
- Opened, damaged, or seal-broken products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will assess the case and may offer a replacement at our sole discretion (no monetary refund will be provided).
