Cancellation Policy

Offline (in-person) consultations are provided at our clinic to offer personalized assessment and guidance. By visiting for an offline consultation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Appointment & Walk-ins Offline consultations are available by prior appointment and, where permitted, on a walk-in basis. Appointment availability is subject to schedule and daily capacity. 2. Consultation Fees Consultation fees are payable at the clinic before or immediately after the consultation, as applicable. Fees once paid are non-refundable. 3. Reporting Time Patients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time or rescheduling, depending on availability. 4. Waiting Time While we strive to maintain punctuality, waiting time may vary due to ongoing consultations, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Rescheduling or cancellation requests should be communicated in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may require a fresh booking and payment. 6. Scope of Consultation Offline consultations are conducted based on the patient’s medical history, symptoms, and physical assessment where required. Treatment outcomes may vary from person to person and no guaranteed results are implied. 7. Medical Disclaimer Offline consultation is not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of medical emergencies, patients are advised to seek immediate hospital assistance. 8. Patient Responsibility Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information, previous reports, and relevant medical history during the consultation. 9. Privacy & Confidentiality All personal and medical information shared during the offline consultation is kept strictly confidential and handled responsibly. 10. Policy Updates We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Updated policies will be applicable immediately upon display at the clinic or on the website.
